Operating in Edmonton Since 1987

Delta Valley has been in operation since 1987.  The company began with a handful of dedicated staff who focused primarily on landscape maintenance under the direction of Mark Anderson. The founder of Delta Valley, Mark grew up on a farm east of Camrose, Alberta, where daily farm operations and an interest in agriculture have led him to the position of proprietorship today.

While attending the University of San Diego and the University of Alberta, Mark refined his studies to concentrate on Agriculture and Business. Throughout the years, he has pursued further education to target and specialize in the landscape industry including Advanced Turf Grass Maintenance Certificate Level III, Pesticide Applicators Course, Journeyman Landscape Certificate and Arboriculture courses.

Through proper succession planning, Delta Valley is now under the second generation of family management, where Colton Anderson is the new President of the company.  Like father, like son, Colton is a natural athlete and leader, competing in multiple sports at a high level.  He was immersed in the family business from an early age, getting seat time in all the company equipment and honing his skills as an operator over the years.  Colton now works closely with senior management and the operations managers to coordinate many of Delta Valley’s day-to-day activities, and to lead the company’s vision forward.
