Project Scope
- Drainage and surface work for the only mile-long horse race track in Western Canada.
- GPS placement of almost 30,000 tonnes of custom crushed limestone, sand, and specialized blends of mulch for proper grade and drainage.
- Compaction of subbase and construction of hundreds of meters of gravel roads for access to stables and amenity areas.
Challenges
- Successfully assumed construction from another contractor after they were unable to perform contract requirements.
