Project Scope
- Multi-year, multi-phase landscape construction.
- Topsoiled and sodded hundreds of meters of boulevards and walkways, complete with almost 500 trees and shrubs for Stage 26 alone.
- Landscaped Stormwater Management Facility (SWMF), including placing topsoil and laying sod for 3.27ha (8.15ac) area, including planning of almost 400 trees and shrubs.
- Installed over 900m of fencing (combination of regular wood screen, noise attenuation, vinyl, and post & rail).
- Installation of concrete plazas, swing set and custom furniture in a unique sealed greenway
Challenges
- Watering – due to the size and access of the SWMF, we set up a custom irrigation system to keep the plants healthy.
