- Multi-year, multi-phase landscape construction of hundreds of meters of boulevards, bioswales, and multiple municipal reserves.
- Ongoing maintenance of 75ac wetland, biggest in South Edmonton, until FAC.
- Landscaping and erosion control of environmentally sensitive Fulton Creek crossing.
Challenges
- Successfully assumed maintenance of existing work and new construction from another contractor undergoing receivership without incurring additional time and cost to developer.
